(Econ.) Tony Ehrs will start as Director of Cargo in early November. He comes from Viking Line, where he worked as sales manager for Viking Line cargo and was cargo sales responsible for the Turku-Stockholm route. Tony will report directly to Peter St\u00e5hlberg, Managing Director of Wasaline.<\/p>\n<p>Aurora Botnia, which will be completed in May 2021, has been specially designed for the traffic in the Kvarken and has double cargo decks and a much larger cargo capacity than the current vessel Wasa Express. The new ferry will also operate with two departures every day from Vaasa and Ume\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I am very happy that we get Tony back in the team. He has a solid experience and knowledge of cargo business, and I am convinced that Tony will lead us to continued success and growth for Wasaline Cargo &#8220;, says Peter St\u00e5hlberg, CEO of Wasaline.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am very happy to return to Wasaline and continue the work of leading and developing the cargo business. Wasaline Cargo is today a significant player in the market. When Aurora Botnia starts traffic, we will have a ship with great potential for the Scandinavian cargo market\u201d, says Tony Ehrs.
