D\u00e4rf\u00f6r \u00e4r vi aktiva p\u00e5 branschens viktigaste forum och uttalar oss om alla sj\u00f6fartspolitiska fr\u00e5gor fr\u00e5n tonnageskattelagen till farledsavgifter.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Statsr\u00e5det har i januari 2019 godk\u00e4nt riktlinjer f\u00f6r Finlands havspolitik<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Avsikten \u00e4r att Finland ska utveckla havspolitiken till ett tydligt kompetensomr\u00e5de. Finland b\u00f6r f\u00f6rfoga \u00f6ver h\u00f6gklassig marin kompetens och ett innovativt, framg\u00e5ngsrikt maritimt kluster samt en fungerande, s\u00e4ker och milj\u00f6anpassad logistik.<\/p>\n<p>Som havspolitiska fokusomr\u00e5den har man valt skyddet av haven, den maritima logistiken, det maritima klustret och den maritima produktionen. Alla dessa fokusomr\u00e5den innefattar horisontella teman s\u00e5som bland annat digitalisering, forskning och utbildning samt internationell p\u00e5verkan och en s\u00e4ker omv\u00e4rld. Alla de \u00e5tg\u00e4rder som presenteras i dokumentet styrs av m\u00e5len i FN:s globala handlingsprogram f\u00f6r h\u00e5llbar utveckling, Agenda 2030, och av principerna f\u00f6r h\u00e5llbar bl\u00e5 tillv\u00e4xt.<\/p>\n<p>Den marina milj\u00f6n uts\u00e4tts st\u00e4ndigt f\u00f6r ett allt st\u00f6rre tryck, bland annat p\u00e5 grund av klimatf\u00f6r\u00e4ndringen och nedskr\u00e4pningen. Samtidigt st\u00e5r sj\u00f6farten och den maritima logistiken inf\u00f6r stora omst\u00e4llningar. Det maritima klustret i Finland utg\u00f6rs av m\u00e5nga olika maritima n\u00e4ringar som omfattar cirka 3\u00a0000 f\u00f6retag. Dess ekonomiska ekosystem bildar redan i dag en betydande industriell sektor med en total oms\u00e4ttning p\u00e5 13 miljarder euro.
