The Finnish Shipowners’ Association is part of the Work does not discriminate -campaign
29. August 2018
The Finnish Shipowners’ Association is joining the Work does not discriminate -campaign. The campaign that was started by the Confederation of Finnish Industries (EK) aims to change attitudes and diminish discrimination at workplaces. Companies and associations of all sizes and industries are taking part in the campaign.
“The Work does not discriminate -campaign is an excellent reminder that discrimination should not prevent anybody from being employed or make it more difficult to succeed at work. This should be a certainty in working life. The advancement of a non-discriminatory and open working culture is everybody’s advantage.” says managing director Tiina Tuurnala of the Finnish Shipowners’ Association.
The companies and associations that are part of the campaign are committed to promoting a non-discriminatory working culture that is open to everyone. More information about the campaign: www.eisyrji.fi. You can follow the campaign on social media with the hashtag #eisyrji.
